Terms
Last updated 5 November 2026. These terms apply to a report ordered in writing from Novruz Veliiev, software tester, Serbska str, 8, Sumy, Ukraine.
Scope
One product, one version, up to 15 screens or flows listed in writing before the work starts. The report uses ITI's VPAT 2.5 template, WCAG edition, and covers WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA. Level AAA is stated as not evaluated. PDF documents, complex data grids and math content are excluded unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Sample limits
The report covers the listed screens and flows, on the dates tested, with the browsers and assistive technology it names. It says nothing about screens that were not tested or about later versions. A level in a row describes the tested sample, not every part of the product.
What the report is
An Accessibility Conformance Report is your own statement about your product. You decide whether and how to publish it. It is not a certificate. I make no statement that your product meets any law, standard or contract.
Not legal advice
This is technical testing. I am not a law firm and nothing I deliver is legal advice. If you need legal advice, ask your own attorney.
Price and payment
$1,490 fixed, in US dollars, with no deposit. I send the deliverables and an invoice together. You read them first, then pay by bank transfer within 14 days. If something does not do what these terms say, tell me in writing within those 14 days and I will correct it. The right to use and publish the report starts when the invoice is paid.
Retest
One retest within 90 days of delivery, on the same screens and flows, with an updated report. A later retest or new screens are a new order.
Test account and data
I work with a test account and test data only. Please do not give me real personal data of your users. You create the account and can remove it at any time. I delete the credentials on delivery. If you need a non-disclosure agreement, send it and I will read it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for the work is capped at the fee you paid. I hold no professional indemnity insurance at this stage.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If we disagree, we first try to resolve it in writing.
The VPAT mark
"Voluntary Product Accessibility Template" and "VPAT" are registered service marks of the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI). I use the template as published. ITI has not reviewed or endorsed this service.
